If you have an emergency during non business hours, please call our support # listed. Customer’s that DO NOT have a service agreement on file with Exigo you may be charged an emergency fee of $250 per incident in addition to our hourly rates. Weekend and Holiday support is twice the standard hourly rate. A minimum of 2 hour will be charged.

The customer’s point of contact or IT team can email help@exigotechnology.com to submit tickets. Please attach any screen shots or files with your email. If you are a customer’s employee, please email servicedesk@exigotechnology.com.
If you are not an active customer, please call 225-308-4467. We will get you setup and taken care of quickly.
Your request will be handled by the next available support technician. You should receive an automated email with a ticket# within ten minutes.
